Tissue

"Make dua for me okay. I'm gonna see the doctor tomorrow to see if there's anything left in my tummy. Make dua that everything is clear so they don't have to suck it out."

That was last night.

Today:

"So ummi, did they really suck out your bum?"

I laughed.

"No."

"So what'd they do?"

"There's still some tissue in it."

"You ate TISSUE?!!!"

I was crying because I had thought hubby wouldn't be here with me for the next ultrasound visit on Monday, and this was what cheered me up.

I ate tissue indeed. I didn't even explain to him. Will have to get one of those diagrams to explain to them what actually happened with this pregnancy. I ate tissue. H oh H. I'll really miss you when you grow up.
